How do I return or exchange a product?
Product Appreciation Period: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the product has a 7-day appreciation period (7 days including holidays) from the time it arrives at your hands.
If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service staff within 7 days of receiving the product and provide your name, order number, contact number, product name, reason for return and photo, etc. Our customer service staff will assist you with the return and exchange after receiving your information.
※If you have received a paper invoice, please return it together with the "shopping invoice" when returning the product.
※In order to speed up the return and refund process, you agree that our company can handle (electronic) invoices, discount notes or sales return notes and other related matters on your behalf.

Return and Exchange Notice <br> The returned product must be unopened and unused, or not damaged or faulty due to non-human factors, and must be in its original packaging (including the outer packaging box). Otherwise, we will not accept returns.
Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
The product appreciation period exceeds seven days.
The product has been opened and used, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as: soiled, faulty, damaged, abraded, scratched, or soiled.
The slight creases on the outer packaging box do not affect the quality of the product itself.
The returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.
Malicious or bulk returns.
If you apply for a return or refund for personal reasons, you will not be able to request a return or refund again if you order the same product next time.
Return process <br> Contact customer service → confirm that the product can be exchanged → prepare complete products and invoices → provide delivery time, contact information and address → the product will be collected by the logistics company entrusted by us.
Refund Instructions <br> Credit card payers: Once the return is confirmed, the payment will be directly refunded to the original credit card account.
Cash on Delivery: Once the return is confirmed, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
