How to return the goods?
 
Commodity appreciation period
According to the Consumer Protection Law, there is a 7-day commodity appreciation period (7 days including holidays) from the time the goods arrive in your hands.
If you need to return the goods, please contact the customer service staff within 7 days after receiving the goods, and provide the information such as name, order number, contact number, name of returned goods, reasons for returning goods and photos. The customer service staff will assist you in returning the goods after receiving them.

If you have received the paper invoice, please return it together with the shopping invoice. ※.

Return and Exchange Notice
The returned goods must be used unopened or have stains or malfunctions caused by non-human defects, and the complete original packaging (including outer packaging paper boxes) must be retained. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Returns cannot be accepted in the following situations:
A product appreciation period exceeding seven days.
The product has been opened for use, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as dirt, malfunction, damage, wear and tear, scratches, dirt, etc.
The slight creases on the outer packaging paper box do not affect the quality of the product itself.
The packaging of the returned goods is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice or accessories are incomplete.
Malicious or large-scale returns.
Those who apply for returns or refunds due to personal factors cannot request a return or refund if they place another order for the same product.

Return process
Contact customer service personnel → confirm that the goods can be exchanged → prepare complete goods and invoices → provide receiving time, contact information and address → recycle the logistics entrusted by our side.


Refund instructions
Credit card payer: After confirming the successful return, the payment will be directly refunded to the original credit card account.
Cash on delivery: after the successful return is confirmed, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
